The difference between non-woven, cotton and polyester.
In our range of mouth masks you will see different substances recur. We are happy to give you some extra information to help you find your way around this. This way you also understand why sometimes 2 layers and sometimes 3 layers are used to manufacture a mouth mask.
A non-woven mask can be used only once. You can throw it away afterwards. Non-woven is an imitation fabric made of polypropylene in which synthetic fibers are brought together into a whole. No yarn is used and it is not knitted. It is a strong, durable and light material. Non-woven material itself acts as a filter, so that no extra filter is required for this mouth mask.
A cotton mask can be reused by washing it at 60 ° and allowing it to dry completely. Cotton is made from natural fibers of the cotton plant. It is an air-permeable textile, so it is recommended to use a mouth mask made of cotton with an extra filter (this can consist of polyester or non-woven material).
Polyester is a synthetic textile made from plastic granules. It is a smooth, light and strong material. You can reuse mouth masks made of polyester by washing at 60 ° and allowing it to dry completely. Polyester itself acts as a filter for the mouth mask, so no extra filter is needed when using it.

B. Which forwarders do you use?
Within Belgium we deliver via Bpost, in The Netherlands we deliver via PostNL, and in the rest of Europe we mostly use DPD.
In the rest of the world we use DPD and DHL amongst others.
C. What are the transit times?
Non personalized items:
- Belgium and The Netherlands: 2 to 3 working days
- Neighbouring countries: 2 to 4 working days
- European Union, Switzerland and USA: 3 to 5 working days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 8 working days (on average)
Personalized articles:
10 to 12 working days
Note that if you have ordered personalized articles, the transit time of these will prevail for the whole package. If you need the non personalized items earlier, we suggest you order these separately.
D. Returns
Can I exchange my order?
You have 14 days to return the item. You can then place a new order via the online shop.
Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receipt. For this, all the conditions that you will find below must be met:
- The label of the item must not have been removed
- The item is still in the same condition in which it was delivered
- The item is not damaged by wearing or adjusting the item
Attention! Custom items and printed shirts cannot be returned. This applies to both player names and proper names.
Attention! For hygienic reasons, mouth masks cannot be returned
How do I return my items?
Indicate the reason for the return on the package slip that was sent. If we have received the product in its original condition, we will process the return request.
We will then refund the amount of the order due within 14 days of registering your return provided that the product has already been returned in good condition.
Are there any costs?
The costs of a return shipment are at your expense.
My order is damaged on delivery. What must I do?
Please notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order with certain photos via info@topfanz.com When the item is actually damaged by shipping, we will refund your money or return the item to you.
My order is not complete. What must I do?

F. Warranty
For consumers, the legal warranty of two years from the delivery date of the goods shall be observed (bill of delivery). From the seventh month onwards such warranty can only be called upon if the consumer customer can prove the existence of said flaws at the moment of delivery. During the first six months the customer can return goods unconditionally, unless Fanshops.be can prove that the fault didn't exist at the moment of the delivery. All complaints concerning hidden flaws must be communicated to Fanshops.be within two months following the discovery by means of the following e-mail address: info@topfanz.com . Debarment shall be the result in case of default.
